Designed to meet or exceed LEED Gold certification, Senda is a six-story mixed-use residential building with worship and community facility components, located in the Bronx, N.Y. The church component will occupy roughly 6,700 square feet across the ground floor and basement. Residential and worship areas on the first floor are separated and enjoy independent egress.
The basement will provide a fellowship hall and kitchen with pantry for the church, along with mechanical and storage spaces, while the first floor areas belonging to the church include the sanctuary, narthex, pastor’s offices, and additional support spaces.
