Lagree Baptist Church is located in the Bronx, NY. This project is a renovation of a 3 story wood framed building. The project aims to recover the initial concept of the building that has been lost over the years. This project will include construction of a new Church and ancillary spaces for LaGree Baptist Church along with commercial rental spaces on the Ground and Third level.
The building contains a Sanctuary with a capacity of 211 seats and it also includes a Fellowship hall with a capacity for 152 table seating that can be arranged flexibly according to the needs of the church. Further more, the cellar includes some space for storage for the commercial area and for the church.
