Grace Towers is a mixed-use work force housing project. The 13-story building includes a total of 133 units. The building contains cellar level and second floor parking spaces for 41 cars, a community room and commercial spaces on the ground floor. Grace Towers is designed to include a number of green elements plus, high efficiency mechanical systems and sustainable materials. In May 2011, as part of the HOME program, the U.S. Department of Urban development (HUD) gave the coveted “Door Knocker Award” to Grace Towers Apartments for the outstanding work in producing affordable housing and for creating a stable living environment for those with disabilities.
