Dr. Muriel Petioni Plaza Senior Apartments (Erbograph Apartments) is a mixed-use low income senior housing project located at 203-209 West 146th. Street in Harlem.
Harlem’s first newly constructed LEED Silver 8-story building provides one two-bedroom super’s unit and 64 one-bedroom units for low-income seniors over the age of 62 years earning no more than 50% of area median income. The building also includes cellar level office space, which will is used for health and wellness services for the benefit of building residents and seniors from the surrounding community.
