Located at 10 Ralph Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11221, the proposed Holy Trinity Baptist Church will be part of a Mix-use market rate rental building.The Project will consists of 16,078 SF community facility space to be located in the Cellar, Main Floor and Mezzanine of the 12 story ground up building. Body Lawson Associates will be architects for the Church while GF55 will be the Base apartment building architects. The church area is divided into 7,476 SF in the basement replete with Classrooms, fellowship hall, a private office, a music/recording studio, storage, mechanical spaces and restrooms.
The ground floor of the church will have a 5,000 sf sanctuary, offices and restrooms. The second level will have 3,602 sf for a mezzanine with balcony seating for the Main sanctuary, the pastor’s office suite, secretary’s office, coat room and restrooms.
